It’s never fun when you have to go and pay taxes, but I had the greatest experience at this H&R Block today the lady that took care of me her first name was Cheryel she not only was super knowledgeable, but she also was very friendly. We shared great conversation and she made me laugh a few times. I hope her bosses can see this because this lady is definitely an asset to this company.
Don't waste your time going here unless you want to get screwed over, every year theres a different person and every year theres issues requiring me to come back into the office atleast 3 or more times to get the issues handled. Worst service ever they should shut the office down and fire the workers
