Terrible, non-existent service!!! A lot of "I don't knows" or "let me get back to you." My wife and I met with a tax pro (Bill) on a Sunday. We forgot 1 form that we didn't bring, so we ended up emailing Bill, and we agreed they could send us a link to digitally sign/approve everything. On the documents we were supposed to approve, something was incorrect/missing, so my wife and I didn't want to sign. I had my taxes done here I will not have the same person do my taxes next year ! Call backs are not happening with this guy and dates were wrong on rental certificate but he didn’t notice until a month later !??? Well I tried H&R Block again this year for 2022 taxes getting the manager I thought it can’t go wrong well Judy Stockman did my taxes wrong not sending in my yearly income and not making copies of it Iam doing the work calling to get the copies because iam out of state great timing!!
