The person I talk to was rude laughed on the phone and I just felt like what I was trying to get done was not important
The franchise owner here contacted me in regards to a complaint I filed where his other office location in Avon refused to return calls or messages or fix my taxes that they messed up then refused to adhere to their guarantee about accuracy. He called me and was extremely confrontational and unreceptive to listen to why they had messed up my taxes and how when I showed him the proof that his office manager had lied to him He still was very self-promoting and had no inclination to make a very wrong situation correct. I went to the Fortville, Indiana office. The office was very neat and clean. The office personnel were cheery and friendly. My professional was Rebecca, who was very thorough and proficient. Her knowledge of tax law was very impressive. She waded through all of my required documents and processed the filings in a timely manner while I was there. I've already rescheduled a time for next year .
