Incompetent. Absolutely do not go here.
Unfortunately horrible experience. Went to drop off tax return with the drop off service, the young worker said they were too busy this year for appointments and drop offs, when explained we are not in rush handed us the papers to fill out. As we were filling out the paperwork he was having a hard time with something on the computer and yelled Jesus Christ and threw his pen. The person he was helping at the time asked to speak to a manager and he said “you can do what you want”. It might be the worst customer service experie... read more
Horrible experience
Not very happy with the slow response I received from this location and Paula Bertrande-District Manager who did my taxes made a mistake on my taxes, as a customer I shouldn't have to call the 1-800 HR Block number and to be told 3-5 business days for someone in management to call me back. If I didn't check my taxes and notice of assessment from the CRA I would lose out on the rest of my tax refund. Rip off and waste of time going here.
