Unfortunately horrible experience. Went to drop off tax return with the drop off service, the young worker said they were too busy this year for appointments and drop offs, when explained we are not in rush handed us the papers to fill out. As we were filling out the paperwork he was having a hard time with something on the computer and yelled Jesus Christ and threw his pen. The person he was helping at the time asked to speak to a manager and he said “you can do what you want”. It might be the worst customer service experie... read more
