Chris was very professional, my issue comes after the return. I wss told "If there is an issue HR Block will handle it". Today I called in to discuss a letter that I got from the State, the lady that answered the call informed me that I need to handle it, although they have all the information that is requested. So much for HR block taking care of issues. Do not pay any extra for this service because you will be left dealing with any issue yourself. I nor my family will be using their service. Live and learn.
Go to a different branch! I had a new tax professional this year as my other one left the company and they clearly do NOT make sure they are fully trained and equipped with all knowledge needed to preform their job! When paying 480$ for a service I expect them to know what they’re doing! After about 15 yrs of being a H&R Block customer I’ll be going elsewhere next year!
Sign says open and they did open at 11 but lady say no tax prepare till 2. Its like opening the kitchen with no cook. Girl what you there for then. 3hrs getting pay for nothing great job hnrblock
