John Bandera worst experience I have ever had filing taxes. Disrespectful from the very beginning. I came to my scheduled appointment at 6pm and wasn’t seen until 815pm. Horrible body language. You could tell immediately by his eyes he had a long day, exhausted or hungover. He seemed very disgruntled, so I tried to small talk and asked what time he started work, he stated 3pm which surprised me considering 5hours in on the biggest tax day seems like something a professional would be well rested for.
