Their office is open on Wednesday only after the tax date. It's inconvenient when you receive a letter. The process for the mitigation with the letter goes very slow due to H&R Block's limited availability.
I been an H&R receptionist before. Never had I ever heard of charging $25 for copying a piece of paper. Also Worst customer service I have ever experience at an H&R Block. I been to several them and in a couple of different states. Georgia of Richmond hill and Hinesville are the worst. I will not go to them in this up coming tax season of 2025-2026. DO NOT GET YOUR TAXES DONE HERE.This is a franchise location. If they mess your taxes up and you try to go to another H&R Block you will have to pay them.GO TO A REAL H&R Block so you won’t have the headache of doing their work for them.
