Lady at the front desk I believe her name was Pamela (older lady with glasses and gray hair) was very rude after she told me she would call IRS on Monday in regards to filing with them because I came to the location on a Saturday. Monday comes I have to call her at 4pm because she didn’t follow up and said she was too busy and to call her back tomorrow. I would not go to Pamala Baker to do your taxes! I made an appt online I had waited almost two hours to be seen with my toddler! When I was finally seen by her she barely asked me any questions ended up doing my taxes wrong like very wrong and she’s been supposedly been doing this for 30+ years. Made an appointment to have my taxes amended I called The day of to confirm my appointment and I was told that the tax preparer was not in the office. I asked if I can come at a later time and they were still not available.
