Appointment was made two weeks in advance. Arrived ten minutes before scheduled appointment. Tax representative was overbooked (they have an online scheduling system, this shouldn’t happen). The front desk representative had zero clue what was going on (is this not what she gets paid for, to manage the appointments)? I had the worst experience here. We had already rescheduled the appointment to accommodate her, because she was unavailable the following night, I had to rearrange my entire schedule to make a 7 PM appointment. We arrived about 5-10 minutes early, only to end up waiting for 45 minutes. It was extremely frustrating to hear her talking about finishing up other people's things while we were still waiting. Avoid at all possible! They will drop the ball. I was here last week and the account attending us was Ross Houghton. After getting as far as we could with our taxes, we had made an agreement and an appointment for Sunday (2/23/25) at noon, to finish the rest of our taxes. My husband and I clearly saw him make the appointment but since Ross forgot to wear his glasses we are pretty sure he forgot to click confirm when we left.
