I usually don't leave a review but since this seems to be a reoccurring problem. I had a appointment at 12. Showed up 5 minutes early with no front desk person I walked back at 12:03 and the lady said ok I'm finishing up with my last customer I'll be right with you. Well at 12:45 I decided to walk out and go some place else. Wouldn't recommend H&R block in Indianola to anyone!

We went in for our scheduled appointment and waited a short time for the tax consultant to be available. We had some unusual circumstances so we had been referred to a tax person with the appropriate experience for our taxes. The lady we worked with was very nice, she went thru our paperwork, asked us the important questions, and then she went over every detail and how it all worked.
