We were extremely upset with the transparency of HR block. There was a bate and switch. We called and specifically explained our situation what documents we had. We were quoted a price which we verified before we went in. When we went in we reiterated the price with the front desk which she verified. When we went back everything went smooth until we were told our total we needed to pay. The price went from $165 TO OVER $400. Very nice and seemed knowledgeable.
Very disappointing experience. My appointment with Susan was at 12:00 PM, and I arrived on time. She immediately told me I had missed it and waved me off without letting me explain. When she checked her computer, she realized it was her mistake , but instead of apologizing, she laughed and said I was on time. By then I was already upset and left. Mistakes happen, but the lack of professionalism and apology was unacceptable.
This is the second year I have worked with Mr. Jung. He is an enrolled agent. I feel very confident using his services. He is highly competent and very easy to work with.
