Very disappointing experience. My appointment with Susan was at 12:00 PM, and I arrived on time. She immediately told me I had missed it and waved me off without letting me explain. When she checked her computer, she realized it was her mistake , but instead of apologizing, she laughed and said I was on time. By then I was already upset and left. Mistakes happen, but the lack of professionalism and apology was unacceptable.
This is the second year I have worked with Mr. Jung. He is an enrolled agent. I feel very confident using his services. He is highly competent and very easy to work with.
Robert was a great help, explaining everything and making sure no details were missed. Although we went another direction at the end of the day, he was courteous and understanding the whole way through.
