I have to come to the office multiple times for dropping off my documents and untill I got a message I have to return to pay for the service, and then I am allowed to submit the file myself. I need to wait for ages to pay since there’s only one stuff who’s working on both the front desk and appointment with other clients. I just spent more time and money in HR than other places for my tax return.
Mykea was Extremely helpful over the phone. Very knowledgeable and carries herself very professionally. The world definitely needs more people like Mykea! :) She wasn't able to get me an appointment with her location but she took the time to set me up with another agent and even saved me a trip by making it a video call appointment! Will gladly call back next year when taxes need to be filed!
I payed almost $200 for this man to file my taxes the day of just for him to get my tax return amount wrong and never before did I have to pay upfront they used to deduct my payment from my taxes
