I made an appointment online for this location and was very disappointed by my experience. My usual tax professional was overbooked, and so they scheduled me with a newer person who did not seem to understand anything about taxes. He incorrectly said that I need a 1099 from the government and would not answer very basic questions about accounting for businesses.
I've taken help from Mike Olson since the past 5 years for filing my taxes. I would blindly recommend him for anyone looking for tax help. He been extremely kind and understanding, and goes out of his way to help his clients.
Record keeping doesn't exist. Make sure you get a copy of everything that includes preparer's name and signature in case the state or federal government finds errors. Your copy will be the only copy that exists.
I've been an H&R Block customer for three years. This was my first time using this specific office. They were unable to access my existing account, despite my own successful login.
