I called asking for help with tax preparation. It took several tries to get through to a person. I understand that, as it is tax season. The person who eventually answered took all of my information, told me that they would email me the form to get started, and nobody ever contacted me again. I called back and left my contact information on the voicemail service after two days. Still nothing. No response. H&R Block Campbell River ghosted me.
