We dropped off our file folder one week before the appointment to be respectful to give the tax advisor time to prepare for our in person meeting one week later. We then came to our appointment a week later to discover they LOST our entire file folder.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would! This was the worst tax experience that I have EVER had. I was first told by Otto that he couldn’t file my trust documents because H&R Block updated their system and it supposedly couldn’t be done. Low and behold, I took the exact same documents to the H&R Block location I previously used in Scottsdale, and my previous agent was able to complete everything in just two days. Went in yesterday to do my taxes after being with Jackson Hewitt for the last 2 years and man , this staff is soo knowledgeable and understanding of their job , Divya was a absolute pleasure to work with, everyone was soo nice and welcoming, I honestly cannot say enough about the staff that works at this location , I definitely will be back every year for good , no matter how far this location is from me !
I had a disappointing experience in January 2025. The tax professional assigned to me made mistakes with a tax return and caused me to submit incomplete/insufficient documentation. The situation would not have occurred if the tax professional was responsive and took ownership until the matter was resolved.
Mr. Jack has worked with me for the last 3 years. He is very good at explaining the process and what we have to do to get my taxes done. Very friendly and thorough. I definitely recommend him and this location.
