Went in yesterday to do my taxes after being with Jackson Hewitt for the last 2 years and man , this staff is soo knowledgeable and understanding of their job , Divya was a absolute pleasure to work with, everyone was soo nice and welcoming, I honestly cannot say enough about the staff that works at this location , I definitely will be back every year for good , no matter how far this location is from me !
I had a disappointing experience in January 2025. The tax professional assigned to me made mistakes with a tax return and caused me to submit incomplete/insufficient documentation. The situation would not have occurred if the tax professional was responsive and took ownership until the matter was resolved.
Mr. Jack has worked with me for the last 3 years. He is very good at explaining the process and what we have to do to get my taxes done. Very friendly and thorough. I definitely recommend him and this location.
Manfred was great. Very knowledgeable and professional.
