Horrible tax professional olga, very nasty an doing along alot of illegal stuff like signing my name an checking an accepting pages without going over anything with me, she took it upon herself to do whatever she wanted on my paperwork!!Also overcharging me. I have been a great loyal customer for many years, and this will definitely be my last and final time with H&R Block. As a result, the corporate office was notified of her unprofessional behavior an signing my name at her convenience.
