I had such a nice experience at Hallandale’s H&R Block! Ekaterina Nikolaeva was a big help to me and answered all of my questions during our time together. She was very polite, kind, and patient when I was confused. As a client, I’m grateful for positive experiences like these because they make you less scared to reach out for help with your economics.
She arrived late, then spent about an hour trying different things on her computer, only to end up canceling everything and telling me she couldn’t do anything to help. Completely unprofessional and a huge waste of time.
Everything went super smoothly with Arsen and he answered all my questions.
