It's like that Seinfeld episode with the reservation... You can TAKE the reservation, but can you HOLD the reservation? My husband made a same day appointment for Tabitha Tackett to do our taxes and we showed up a few minutes early and waited. And waited and so on. No one called Tabitha and Tabitha didn't call the receptionist until she was already 25 minutes late, asking us to stay another ten minutes, and when we did, she still wasn't there.
