Lisa Cook is by far THE BEST person ever!!! This woman has been doing my taxes now for many seasons and has always done above and beyond! Best person, and the reason I keep coming back. She'd so good, and I trust her so much, I recommend her to everyone, including my children, as they've started having tax needs! Thank you Lisa! If there is NO LISA COOK, there is NO H&R BLOCK for me!!!
I had issues with them not filing my return years ago but I thought to give them a try again. Well I had to explain T2200 to the girl and she was going to charge me over $200. I will never again walk into a H&R office.

Would give ZERO. Reached there few minutes before scheduled appointment. Made me wait for 45 mins before a "tax pro" saw me. On the phone they give you less prices and in person they double it up. They dont honor their website pricing or the appointment times. Wasted almost an hour. Dont recommend.
