Thankful for this office ! Especially the receptionist Lanette ! I had a poor experience at a different office , but she was so patient, calm, and understanding and got me to a tax preparer named Susan who also worked hard to get my issues resolved. I was an unhappy customer but this office changed my mindset! Thank you !
