Alicia was a pleasure to work with! She was very personable and made sure my return was done accurately. The other staff at this location were also so helpful and friendly. I would come back to this location and work with these tax professionals again!
I had a glitch in my Deluxe Online Tax file that the online representatives couldn't help me with, but AMR Moussa, a Senior Tax Specialist from this location, quickly resolved the issue! This is the second year that I've had super great customer service in-person from H&R Block, and I would 100% recommend anyone to use them!
