The first appointment I had was cancelled due to an employee being ill but was never contacted about it. I found out when I arrived at the facility for the appointment and was sent home with a second appointment. The second appointment was cancelled a day later due to another employee illness. I was reassigned as a drop off and was told I'd receive a phone call when my taxes are complete.
