Second time I’ve had issues with yen blue Diamond location. Says they’re open, allows me to schedule the appt, and then I go and no one is here and it’s locked. Love them and the Silverado ranch location, but the blue Diamond one seems very unprofessional.

Filing was fine with federal. For the other part of my filing it has been 5 days and I haven't been given a status update.
