Niko the desk clerk, and Stephanie my tax expert helped me out wonderfully. I was in and out of the office within 20 minutes with my W-2's done and filed when I left the office. Wonderful service.
I walked into their office with a handful of difficulties and "huh's?". The process was a pain, yes.. but the people absolutley made it worth it. Good vibes and a sense of humor go a long way. I want to personally thank Agnes, Paul and Diane for entertaining this fiasco. They were wonderful people that made the painful process relatively enjoyable. Ill certainly be coming back next year. First thing the accountant said to my husband and I was if we had tried to do our taxes ourselves first. We were seeking professional help for a reason, and it was clear from what she said and continued to say that she did not want our business. Do not recommend - plenty of friendlier accountants out there that will want your business.
