Made an appointment two weeks ago for 10 AM. I was told at 2 PM I could not be seen today. WOW
Appointment was for 5 pm they didnt get to me till 5:45pm. Then they couldn't file my taxes because of being separated from my wife. Then they figured it out how ever I'm still waiting for my check and it is 7:30 pm. Worst experience in my life. I will never recommend this place to any one.
Just had my personal taxes done at this location. Had Iris help me, and get me through everything. She went above and beyond to make sure I was all set up. She stayed late and was very accommodating, professional, and personable. Would 5/5 recommend to a friend, thanks Iris!
