Worst experience of my life. Filed taxes with H&R Block for 22 years and this branch single handedly made me sure I’ll never go back. After they made an absolute mess of my taxes last year silly me thought I’d give them the benefit of the doubt. Needless to say I was punished for my sympathy. Upfront pricing is a lie. Expect to pay a minimum of $125. It will never be $65
Worst experience that I decided to file my tax with this location. I understand how to do my taxes but felt comfortable with a "professional" doing it in case I missed anything. My "accountant" I use the term loosely, made several errors which I am correcting myself or I could pay them more money to do themselves. And Im really not comfortable on the things he does on my Tax , he keep on asking other Accountant on what to input and what to do (like he doesn’t know what his doing) . Avoid going here if possible! Our appointment started 35 minutes late, we were the only ones there. I was told that the tax preparer was experienced in doing the taxes I needed done. He had no idea! I had to show him how to do everything, then tried to charge me over $500 to file. Don’t recommend going here at all!
