Want to give a minus for their ill service. H&R block is complete fraud service and inefficient. After receiving late penalty letter from MN, I wanted a help from H&R Block, I needed to talk with my April tax consultant as I paid an additional fees for peace of mind service. I came to know he was only on seasonal employment but they gave me appointment at this location with one female tax consultant or an office clerk level.
