Customer service is great. We've been filing our taxes with H&R Block for about ten years. We've worked with many tax preparers and that has given us the opportunity to get to know great professionals and great people in this line of work. This year we worked with Dustin and the whole process was very smooth. We strongly recommend this office!!!
Came to this location the last time I filed my taxes about 7 years ago. They quoted me a return and sat me down. Two hours later I owe the govnmt and h&r block. Here's the fun part. I had just broken my arm. When they asked me to pay I couldn't get my card into the reader. I struggled for fifteen minutes trying to pay. No one offered help. I havent filed my taxes since.
I have never used H&R Block before mostly bc they are usually more expensive than other Tax Services…However my Car is not working so I decided to take advantage of doing it from home (On line)..The Tax Preparer Kathleen Christian was AMAZING.After My taxes were done Kathleen asked how I wanted my Refund and I said I would like it to be added to The EMERALD DEBIT CARD…and I asked her can I go into an Office to pick it up?She replied “Yes”..So I went into the Berlin H&R Block Office.
