I had such a great experience at H&R Block on Yonge, all thanks to Farrakh. He was very welcoming from the start and made me feel comfortable right away. He really took the time to understand my situation and was kind, patient, and easy to talk to. What stood out most was how understanding and reassuring he was. There was no communication between the Tax Pro and the Receptionist. I updated my mailing address with the receptionist before my appointment, and then during my appointment the Tax Pro changed it back on CRA without my authorization or knowledge. I realized the Tax Pro changed it back when I received the emails from CRA notifying me of the changes back to my old mailing address. The Receptionist asked me unnecessary personal questions that had nothing to do with my taxes or appointment which made me very uncomfortable. Stil... read more

Wonderful service quick and easy and I really appreciate Paul who took the extra time to do up 2 years of taxes for me and making it more of a breeze. I’ll definitely be returning next year for filing :)! Thank you crew in at H&R you are all rockstars :)!

We have are taxes done at this location every year and the staff are amazing and friendly. We are very happy with the service and would highly recommend.
