The office was super communicative and helpful with my own poor planning. Rosa, my agent, was incredibly flexible with me and fit me in for my appointment with grace and understanding. 2nd year filing and will be coming back for a third!
Do not trust their tax filing! After paying way to much for preparation last year, the federal government found a mistake and actually sent me a check for overpayment!
Horrible experience with this office and Rosa Vargas. If I could give 0 stars I would. Rosa is very unprofessional, in too big of a hurry to take your money. I was told I was paying 1 price for a service then after charging me more than double for the refund loan and taking out there fees she tells me it was denied when she knew all along it would be denied but charged for it anyway.
