Horrible experience with this office and Rosa Vargas. If I could give 0 stars I would. Rosa is very unprofessional, in too big of a hurry to take your money. I was told I was paying 1 price for a service then after charging me more than double for the refund loan and taking out there fees she tells me it was denied when she knew all along it would be denied but charged for it anyway. My tax preparer, Rosa Elena Vargas, is exceptional -- not only courteous, professional, and knowledgeable but also explains everything thoroughly and prepares my taxes in a timely manner! And the front-desk person, Patricia, is helpful and welcoming!
