They were fast efficient and very meticulous.
Stacey Winters is incredible. She just helped me with a tax issue on a late Saturday for my ninety year old mom. Taxes are not my wheelhouse. It was difficult for me to understand the letter we received and what needed to be done to resolve the situation. We showed up 30 minutes before our appointment knowing we would have to wait. Without hesitation, an associate approached us and offered to work on our taxes since the person we had the appointment with was still with another client. She got permission first, and we were able to get in and out within 30-40 minutes. It was fast and easy and worth the money to go back again next year.
Great customer service. Brenda did a great job and a front desk did great as well.
Stacy is kind and nice very thourough and makes my tax time very fun.
