Never in my life has someone messed up my taxes so badly. I’ve used H&R Block since 2021 and never had an issue. After talking to a different H&R Block location, I went from owing $970 to getting a $400 state tax refund. Please double-check what your tax pro is telling you, because if it doesn’t sound right, it probably isn’t.

This particular H&R Block is horrible! I made an appointment and showed up early. (5 min) Came in and signed in. Nobody greeted me or seemed to care I was even there. Even asked where the bathroom was, so somebody knew I was there. Waited for 30 minutes past my appointment time and then left. Walked into another H&R Block in Hamilton afterward and was seen right away, no wait at all.
