Absolutely the worst experience at an hr block in my life. After 30 minutes of waiting,i asked the lady how much longer we would be. Then the lady in the cubicle says "oh i have a customer?" Then proceeded to have us wait another 15. After 45 minutes past our scheduled appointment we left. We live 45 minutes away so it was a complete waist of our resources and time. So so rude.
Personally the tax person is always nice and very kind. Ask me questions during the tax process. Always has a nice smile. Haven't had a bad experience at all.
