Unacceptable shoddy service! My daughter went to H&R Block in Bellefontaine to do her taxes. She brought important paperwork that was suppose to be figured into the return that delt with college expenses and health expenses/health insurance but was never done. The appointment was rushed and only a few papers my daughter brought were used for the return which was not correct. She mentioned it was also odd that he ripped the address off of her college 1098-T and did not give it back. The price was around $315 before he decided... read more
