Dropped off my paperwork Wednesday. My husband stopped in Thursday to pay and they lost our taxes?! He went back this morning and still nothing. I called and no one answered. I left a voicemail today, no call back.
This year is the first time in 17 years that I am not very happy. My husband and I filed yesterday. My husband and I both told the tax accountant we wanted to file for the refund advance. After no word on it, called the office several times with no answers. Received a call today from the office manager telling me that he never even applied for it. So, here is why I am upset.
