Charged me half my tax return and withheld how much it would cost until afterwards. Now I get phone calls every tax season to schedule with them again, and they are a pain to try and reach to get off their call list. Find somewhere else. Also companies like this lobby to make taxes harder for you on purpose, and to withhold tools to make it easier. There is no reason it should be so hard for anyone, and by supporting them you purpetuate a system that does nothing but hurt you. Hidden fees and it's just plain immoral
