Professional staff and slick automation / web app. However, I don't recommend using them for more complex tax situations - I asked for a clarification on some details of my deduction calculations, but never got any and got charged $60 for asking.
Absolutely terrible experience. Avoid Sofia Mann at all costs. She was so cold, unprofessional, and not at all knowledgeable. When I came in she barely talked to me until I mentioned what university I graduated from. Then someone called her in the middle of my appointment and she walked away to talk to them. I also had some tax questions to ask and she did not know what she was talking about. She had to ask the ai chat bot for basic help. All I have to say is this particular location is terrible! I had submitted my documents online and it had been over 3 business days and my tax pro did not even bother to get back to me. When I called them to ask about the status of my situation, I was told that the Tax Pro is extremely busy and would only be able to file after the deadline. I would have appreciated if they could have sent me a message (when I uploaded my documents) saying that it would take longer to get back to me. Stay away! Find another branch! Herndon branch as an example is wonderful, but whatever you do, just don't go to this Sterling location at Community Plaza! I made an appointment online with them earlier in the week for 6pm today for an older friend and received confirmation. When we got to the Community Plaza where they're located, Google Maps didn't quite take us to the door step.
