Friendly, but that's about it. Tried to use their services, set up and appointment for a sit-down , two weeks pass and they call me back and say I need a "higher grade tax professional". Which just sounds like a sneaky way of trying to upcharge or upsell me something. And quite frankly, wasting all this time to get back to me is entirely unprofessional. Just going to use Turbo Tax this year and try to find a service better service next year.
Good place to get your taxes done
Friendly, but that's about it. Try to use their services, was redirected to their sycamore location for some of my questions. Couldn't get an appointment til mark, decide to just use TT and hope for the best. If you can get squeezed into the limited schedule, you could try them. Unfortunately I can only they are nice. Their availability and overall capability is unknown at best.
