I just called and some white man hung on me and was very rude I just wanted to see if my documents was received and now he is not answering the phone I don’t be having time for stuff like this!!!! Very bogus they haven’t been answering all week and finally someone comes to the phone being rude he sound like a white man I was talking to I don’t know but it literally just happen. I will be calling corporate

They lost a customer. They have a sign, we stand behind our customers. BULL. IRS is telling me 2022 isn't filed. Block says it is. Doesn't matter, IRS is the only one that counts. It should have been October 2024. Long story short Ms. Gray asked me what I wanted her to do. She's supposed to be the expert, fix the problem. That's what you are paid and trained to do. I walked out since there was no help coming. I waisted enough time and unlike Ms. Gray I'm not getting paid to not do my job.

This has by far been my worst tax experience, I would not recommend HR Block. Especially not this location. I have multiple years and in two months they only completed 1 year. Every time I came they acted like they didn’t have enough time for my appointment. They ALMOST had me pay a federal tax when I was to receive money back, I caught the discrepancy myself. I could have done this on an app by myself. Waste of 330 dollars. Don’t work with them, do your research and do them yourself.
