They charged my wife over $400 for a tax filing. Furthermore, our appointment was scheduled for 5:00 PM, but we were seen extremely late—more than 40 minutes behind schedule. Back in 2019, a different person at this same office provided me an excellent service, and the cost was nowhere near what they charged this time around. In my opinion, I will not be returning.
