I had anticipated a more engaging and collaborative experience with a tax professional. Nathan diligently inputted the data from the documents I provided without any prompting to identify potential deductions. While he did answer my questions (assisted by Google), I was charged an exorbitant fee of over $250 for a service that I could have effortlessly accomplished myself. Great support on our taxes. Bernice was the BEST! She was patient, asked us the right questions, and helped us work through some complicated issues. I'll definitely be coming back next year!
I guess insinuating I was going to commit tax fraud if I didn’t file with them, and pay the outrageous amount they were asking is a good scare tactic.
