In the past I've given this location very good reviews. We loved our normal tax lady. This year we called in to make a same day appointment and our regular lady wasn't available. Zero idea what the new lady name was as she declined to professionally introduce herself to us. We did get a card afterwards and I really don't care to learn her name. I'm so satisfied with the service I received from H&R Block. My tax professional understood my situation to the full and helped me maximize the tax returns. I got my taxes done in April, the first rep I worked with said get your documents together and set the appointment, I did, got confirmation that it was electronically received by federal and is now in limbo somewhere since April over 4 months ago I have reached out to this company multiple times and no call back! They gave me a number to only receive the same info I already have access to the where’s my refund, do NOT USE HR BLOCK they want your money and don’t do taxes correctly!
