My name's Allysianna Sweat and the last experience I had with this h&r block location was terrible. Cynthia hussey must've been having a terrible day, she was rude and very unprofessional when i came to her with questions regarding my taxes that she had already gotten paid for. I will no longer be using this location and I hope nobody has the experience I had dealing with her that day.
H&R block does a great job. Between having an in-person tax prep and the app to be able to upload additional documents was so helpful, like ridiculously helpful.
Ask for miss Deborah. Great energy! She was very kind, and informative about the process. She was quick and hassle-free.
