They improperly filed my taxes two years in a row. I had been going back and forth with Malinda Butler for over a year about a check that was supposedly sent to me, but she has recently decided to stop responding to emails. I’m currently living overseas, and the company makes it very difficult to reach higher level management. They are also not registered with the Better Business Bureau, which has resulted in them not receiving my complaints through them. I would not recommend the Columbus office to anyone.
