They forgot to pay my city taxes so I got a huge bill a couple years later. I called them to set up a by phone appointment because of their huge mistake which they never called on the selected time for the appointment. For anyone's convience reading this... seriously avoid this office

I paid $450 for my taxes to be done this year and they messed them up, I had tried to let my tax pro know something wasn't right he just kept brushing me off saying nothing was wrong when clearly something was and would barley listen to what I was trying to say or show him ! It took a week for my taxes to be fixed, I had to go up there 3 times because I called multiple times and never got a call back when said someone or my tax pro would call me back ! Why go here?. 2 yrs In a row they overbook. Had 2 others show at same time for my Appt. Had to come back 5 hrs later and they would squeeze mevin. I booked 1.5 weeks ago. Ilet the elderly have my appt. Nevrr again
