I just called in to ask a question about the setc tax credit. 09/05/2024. The lady that answered the phone was very rude. Hung up on me, wouldn't give me her name. I'm appalled. I'll be calling to speak with a manager. She had a southern accent. Be clear of her. She must not know how to conduct herself in a customer service atmosphere. I'm going to take my business elsewhere.
Diann and the entire staff were amazing at this Dacula location. Truly appreciate the time she took to review everything with me, answer my questions, and get my taxes filed! Highly recommend
I give 5 stars for Abigail Young she's amazing! However the receptionist was incredibly rude this is the first time this has happened to me at this office... She kept talking over me, and seem to be very confused as to how to make an appointment. Of course she said her manager Scott was never in the office so I really could not make a complaint to somebody personally unfortunately this is the only way. I believe her name was Tamika.... So if Scott reads the reviews and he's open to the truth of how rude she was on the phone ... read more
