Last year they screwed up my taxes. I had to go through a lot to get them to sort it out. However, they tell me that due to their screw up I will owe money but that because I paid extra for the “peace of mind” I would be reimbursed without having to do anything extra. A year later I finally get how much I owe from the State and I pay it. The is my second year using this company for filing my taxes. This year Joan helped me file. She was kind and professional. The staff has been kind and helpful. I very highly recommend this place
I love coming there every year really good people and real efficient I recommend them !
