This tax service has zero accountability. Dealing with issue over one year. Every time there is a new person, Everytime it's unresolved. Difficult getting phone calls returned, always excuses why things aren't resolved. Many times blaming the previous "tax pro". This issue should be a simple fix, yet it isn't. I've gone to this place for over 20 years. All is ok until there is a problem..I pay extra for piece of mind, yet haven't had piece of mind for over a year. This office doesn't even deserve a one star rating.
