My husband has used H and R Block in the past with no issues. We recently got married and I needed a document renewed and they told us we would get a call back from them. I called today since they have left us the same excuse blaming the IRS. Today one of their workers who did our taxes last year Diana let it slip that Sandra’s license to renew said documents was expired.
