If you would like to be lied to about your taxes being done, treated differently because you turned them in, and if you’d like to be charged 5 times more than an actual accounting firm charges then I would recommend going to Janet’s store! Please keep in mind that you will likely be charged in the ballpark of $519 for them to copy and paste all your work! You will fill a worksheet out for business taxes and they will simply copy the work you do rather than a firm that does it all for your business and only charges $140-$200.... read more

charged me over 250 to do my taxes havent heard anything over a week so I just called to find out they havent even filed yet said our fees wasnt paid which is suppost come out of our check!!!! I dont feel like I should even have to pay fees now!!!

Not only were our taxes filed incorrectly, they tried to charge us TWICE for a preparation fee, one completely hidden from us. She filed both of our state taxes wrong as one is from N.C. and the other IN and got us minimal back after saying she’d been doing it 11 years. After telling her she got it wrong, which we KNEW, we told them we would file elsewhere, we paid a $75 preparation fee. For NOTHING.
