not happy being charged almost $500 to prepare our 2019 taxes. We had no idea we would be charged this much to prepare the taxes. We do not own a business or require any extra work. Unacceptable. And when we questioned it with the guy who checked us out (not our accountant), he was very flippant when we questioned him about the charge. We will not be using them again.

RecommendedI was very impressed..unlike my previous experience with another tax preparation place..I was charged a reasonable fee..and my tax preparer was efficient and friendly and checked for any typos she may have made before she turned it into the IRS and I received my tax refunds with no problems..I will definitely use H &R BLOCK from now on and I highly recommend them to everyone

criminals.... H & R block owns turbo tax, which if you make under 66,000 a year legally has to do your taxes for free... H & R block didnt get me my highest return, charged me several hundred dollars more than they originally said, and now im forced to take them to court....
