Sorry to Say We Had the Worst Service Ever at This Branch I'm giving H&R Block another try, but definitely not the Marina Village branch. The person that prepped our taxes last year took 2 1/2 hours (seriously) for a standard return. I felt the need to look it over when I got home and found several errors that resulted in having to have them done over again - at no charge of course- but what a hassle and a waste of time. It was our first bad experience with this company, and I hope it never repeats itself.
Poor Service If you can ignore the really bad customer service attitude that seems to afflict all H&R Blocks I've visited, then this branch could work for you. I personally, have a difficult time trusting anyone who is rude to people with my taxes. From the front desk staff to the actual para accountants, they were all apathetic and smart alecky. No thanks. PROS: Name recognition. CONS: Ugh. Poor Service.
