I’m in process to change my accountant, I heard a lot of not bad reviews about H&R Block. On February 24 I scheduled appointment for Saturday February 25 at 10:00am with Leticia. Person name Tony called to confirm my appt, they saw in the system that I have an appointment. I was at work that day and wasn’t able to answer on phone call. The tax preparation was filed wrong. The tax preparer said it was my fault when I went back because she did not know what a schedule k is. If I knew, I would have done my taxes myself. She has a horrible attitude and the manager scolded her. 15 months later, no refund yet.
