If I could give a zero I would. We go every year but this year will be the last. Horrible! Had to go back 3 times with 2 hour waits into out appointment. The employees have no clue what they are doing and enter numbers in wrong places. Then a week later I find out my tax was never even sent through and filed after a week I was wondering why I never recieved a confirmation from irs and decided to look into it...DO NOT GO HERE!
